    Henna Training Terms and Conditions

    1. Enrollment

    1.1 Registration: Participants must complete the registration form to enroll in a henna training session. 1.2 Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed once participants receive a confirmation email from Henna By AO.

    2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    2.1 Cancellation: Participants can cancel their enrollment by contacting Henna By AO. Please notify us at least 3 days before the training date for cancellations. 2.2 Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule their training session by contacting us at least 3 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability.

    3. Training Sessions

    3.1 Materials: Henna By AO provides all necessary materials for the training sessions. Participants are welcome to bring their own materials if they prefer. 3.2 Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. No make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes.

    4. Code of Conduct

    4.1 Professional Behavior: Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the training. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the session. 4.2 Respect for Others: Participants must respect the trainer and fellow participants. Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.

    5. Intellectual Property

    5.1 Training Materials: All training materials provided during the sessions are the intellectual property of Henna By AO and are for personal use only. Participants are not permitted to reproduce or distribute these materials.

    6. Liability

    6.1 Health and Safety: Henna By AO will take necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of participants during the training sessions. 6.2 Personal Belongings: Henna By AO is not responsible for the loss or damage of participants’ personal belongings during the training sessions.

    7. Privacy and Data Protection

    7.1 Personal Information: Henna By AO will collect personal information from participants for the purpose of enrollment and communication. This information will be kept confidential. 7.2 Marketing: By enrolling in a training session, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Henna By AO. Participants can opt out at any time.
