    Henna Appointment and Booking Terms and Conditions,

    1. Booking and Confirmation

    1.1 Booking Process: Clients must complete the booking form to schedule a henna appointment. 1.2 Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once clients receive a confirmation email from Henna By AO.

    2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    2.1 Cancellation: Clients can cancel their appointment by contacting Henna By AO. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment for cancellations. 2.2 Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

    3. Appointment Sessions

    3.1 Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time. 3.2 Duration: The duration of each appointment will be as specified at the time of booking. Clients will be informed of the expected duration in their confirmation email.

    4. Payment

    4.1 On-Site Payment: Payment for henna services will be made on-site at the time of the appointment. Accepted payment methods will be specified in the confirmation email. 4.2 Pricing: Prices for henna services will be communicated at the time of booking. Any changes in pricing will be communicated prior to the appointment.

    5. Special Requests and Custom Designs

    5.1 Custom Designs: Clients are welcome to request custom designs. These should be communicated at the time of booking to ensure adequate preparation. 5.2 Special Requests: Any special requests or requirements should be communicated to Henna By AO at the time of booking.

    6. Code of Conduct

    6.1 Professional Behavior: Clients are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the appointment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session. 6.2 Respect for Artists: Clients must respect the henna artist and other clients. Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.

    7. Liability

    7.1 Health and Safety: Henna By AO will take necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of clients during the appointment. 7.2 Allergies and Skin Reactions: Clients are responsible for informing Henna By AO of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment. Henna By AO is not liable for adverse reactions to henna.

    8. Intellectual Property

    8.1 Design Ownership: All henna designs created by Henna By AO artists are the intellectual property of Henna By AO. Clients are not permitted to reproduce these designs for commercial purposes.

    9. Privacy and Data Protection

    9.1 Personal Information: Henna By AO will collect personal information from clients for the purpose of booking and communication. This information will be kept confidential. 9.2 Marketing: By booking an appointment, clients agree to receive marketing communications from Henna By AO. Clients can opt out at any time.

    10. Agreement

    10.1 Acceptance of Terms: By booking a henna appointment with Henna By AO, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 10.2 Modifications: Henna By AO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.
